Work Out Tip week 1

Hello loyal bloggers.

It's a good, good day today. My first work out video is finally up on the site, and now I can finally show people what I really do... Dancersize. I think it's pretty hot, and will definitely get you ladies going out there. Oh yeah.

Today is the first of my new series of posts. I know hip bloggers like to have their "things" they post, like a list of hip restaurants every week, or a weekly post on their bathroom habits, so I decided to focus my energies on working out.

After you watch the new video you will notice there is a lot of arm movement. Though the flirty, muscle, and gypsy arms are fun to do, they aren't there to just make you feel pretty. They are there to lose that pesky arm fat, especially for you woman who have gone through "the change". You know. Anyway, what you need to do is really tighten those arms while you move them. Make them tense.

Practice right now. As you are sitting at your computer, feel how your arms are right now... relaxed, limp. Now tighten them, bring intensity to your limbs, make them turgid! Feel the difference? You are literally toning your arms as we speak. Now bring that to the movement.

By noticing what your arms are doing, and controlling the movement you are controlling how many more calories you burn, and how much muscle you gain. If I came up to you in class as you did the flirty arms, and tried to hit them out of place, (which I often do do in class), they shouldn't move from your intended path. You have control. You got it. Tense.

Well there you have it. Use those arms to your advantage, tense and control their movement, and you will get those Cougar arms we are all jealous Courtney Cox still has.

Hello hello hello!

Well, adoring public, the moment has finally come. I have been hard at work for almost a year now, building support and a following for my new exercise phenomenon, DANCERSIZE! I’m so glad the website is finally up, and the remodel of the studio is complete – I’ve been sweating out all my water weight from that debacle. But now that we’re completely up and running, I just can’t contain my excitement. DANCERSIZE and I are finally getting the attention and fame that we deserve.

I passionately believe that the documentary miniseries about me and the accompanying workout videos will revolutionize how people view exercise. We’re making it fun to learn about, fascinating to watch, and easy to do! What an incredible trinity!
